Clock + Weather widget

The Weather part of the widget stopped showing the weather and there is no "add" button anymore. I've already trashed it and installed again, turned on and off the Galaxy S6 and nothing. Does anyone get this? Aparently it has crashed.

Using stock TouchWiz widget with no issues.

Go to Applications Manager in Settings and go to the All tab, look for Weather Daemon and clear cache and data.

Re: Clock + Weather widget

Since you did not mention the app name, I would assume you are using one of the weather apps in the market. if this is the case, there might be a problem with the app it self or the data source the app used to retrieve weather data. You have three options. 1- Use different weather app, 2- Wait for an update, 3- wait for couple of days and the problem might be fixed.
Note:
When uninstalling the app, everything related to the app, including the cache will be deleted.

Thanks! That was it.

Sorry if it was trivial and naive, but I'm a new Android user. Just another Apple fallen angle who wouldn't handle it keeping me back anymore ;)

Don't worry. It will stop again. Has happened to me a few times now. Must be a widget bug or something. I'm sure Sammy will fix it in the next update.

He's talking about the stock weather widget.

This didn't work for me. Cleared cache & data. Then restarted phone. Still no weather widget. :(

Any other ideas?
