How can i get Viber activation code?

I installed viber on my laptop and samsung galaxy s3 mini. I am able to call and text with the phone. however, on the laptop, i can only text but i cannot call. any call i make on the laptop fails. I decided to uninstall the viber on the laptop and install again. During the installation process, i am told that an activation code has been sent to my phone. I should enter the code. I checked and my phone was OFF. I switched it ON, but no text came. I thought i missed the text because the phone was OFF. so while the phone was ON i started the installation process again. Still, no text came. when i check, I cannot also see the ' if you do not receive your access code within 60 seconds, Click Here' . I only see two buttons ' Back'. and ' enter Viber '. I scroll thru my text box and found a viber activation code. when i enter it, i get the message ' the code you entered is invalid, pls try again'. i think is an old code. Now i'm stacked and confused. Does it means i cannot install Viber on my laptop again. I need your help,pls.

Android: Viber Access Code - Did you receive an invalid code error?
Wait for a few minutes and re-enter the code.


If that didn't work, please wait 12 hours and reinstall Viber to receive a SMS with a new access code.


Please note that if you have already received an access code at an earlier date then you can use the same access code once you've uninstalled and reinstalled Viber. Make sure that your device has the same phone number that you've previously used.

Hello. I live in Pakistan. Everyone uses viber here and I'm a long time viber user. I'm using Samsung galaxy s3 android phone. I, yesterday accidentally deleted my viber and then reinstalled it. Sent myself the activation code but i recieved an invalid code. I recieved the call but even that code didn't work. I reinstalled viber but still received that same code that viber claims it to be an invalid code. Now i don't recieve any text or call by viber. Is there any way or time that viber renews it's activation code? I need to use viber urgently as i recieve important calls through it. It'll be great if you help. Thank you.

I uninstalled viber in my samsung note 2 . Then reinstalled . Trying to reactivate failled . No code recieved . And a window of : reload appeared with no result ... What should i do ?

Check their website http://www.viber.com/ or send them an email info@viber.com
They do hang out here (which is nice) but the other options are your best bet.

Help
I had Viber installed on iPhone 4S and been using it for months.
I decided to move to Android on Galaxy S4. Install viber and try to register
but the message for activation never came.
1/ Viber detects that my USA phone number had been already registered and refuse to send me again?
2/ I do not remember the activation code that viber had sent me when I first installed on iPhone 4S.
3/ Uninstall viber, wait 24 hours, reinstall but access code never came.

I've had this same problem before on my android and this is what I did:
a) uninstall viber app.
b) go to file manager.
c) delete viber folder.
d) reinstall viber app.
