how to go back to kit-kat from lollipop

After downloading lollipop, my mobile G3 getting hanged while making calls. After removing and putting back the battery it switches on.
Can any one suggest the solution?

Have you tried a factory reset? It sucks to have to do but most people on here will recommend you do that after the update.

Any time your phone goes thorugh a major change, IE: Update from 4.4 to 5.0, you really need to perform an FDR. The phone companies do not "make" you do this, but any experianced Android person knows it's a must.

• Save everything you ahve on the phone to a computer, or your SD Card, but I recommend pulling the SD card before the next step.
• Go into the settings (I don't know where, since it's 5.0 and I'm on Verizon) and select factory data reset.
• Reinstall/setup everything.

If that doesn't fix it, then I suggest going to AT&T/Sprint/whomever your carrier is and complaining. Even though it's no longer under warranty, it if was broken because of the update, then they should fix it.

AT&T store guy could not help me.
He recommended finding instructions to re-install Kit Kat on my own.
Lollipop has ruined my phone. Most apps do not function, including the Google play store.
So there goes any hope of getting help from a new app.
