How can i have 2 apps running without them restarting?

So i have a Wiko Sunny (Android 6.0 marshmallow)

Problem:

I open two apps,when i go back to the first app,it starts all over again. I want to switch between apps without them restarting everytime i switch.

Is there any way to fix this?

Your phone can't keep both of them in the RAM.
