I really just want to learn how to make a chat room and my own page. I want to bring to light that there are people out there who has some sort of mental illness. It will be a page with information to help them understand what's going on with them. The chat rooms will be for the different types of mental illness. Ex. One chat room can be about bipolar disorder and another one be about o.c.d.
Are you looking to do this as an Android app? If so - we have a developer's lounge that might be of help for building the app. If you're just looking for guidance on starting a web page/site with forums and getting it running, this isn't the best place to get that help.
