How can I move the app drawer icon?

On the home screen you can move the icons of apps on the bottom line, but you cannot move the apps folder in the same way.
Is there a way to move it?

It's more than likely not possible to move the app drawer shortcut if you're using the stock launcher. A third-party launcher (essentially a homescreen and app drawer replacement) would probably do the trick. If you want to look into it, check these two guides out:

Patrick is right, not possible with the stock launcher :-\
