How can I permanently reset my home screen wallpaper on Nokia 2.1

I keep resetting it and it keeps defaulting to a complicated design which makes it hard to scan the icons. It's driving me nuts. I hate it. Please help.

Welcome to Android Central! Is the wallpaper that keeps showing up one of the stock wallpapers that came with the phone?
