How can I put the Sports Mode on my Samsung Note 4 Camera?

Image Stabilization in the Samsung Note 4 Camera

I have been playing around with my Verizon note 4 for the past couple days. I am getting some pretty blurry pictures, and I'm wondering what Samsung intended to be used as the proper settings to make use of the image stabilization feature.

I have read about the sport mode download, but I can't imagine that's the only way to take advantage of image stabilization.

I haven't had any issues with blurry pics. Except for moving subjects (that's where sports mode comes in). But OIS is used regardless of the setting you use.

Samsung phones lately, in my opinion, have a slow shutter. So, while your lens is stable and it can capture more stable shots, if your subject is moving, the blur will appear because of that. But if this is in fact why, you shouldn't see blurr on all the picture, just the stuff that was moving; buildings and stationary things should, in theory, be in focus.

Hard to get my ten month old to sit still, not sure why...
How do you max out shutter speed?
