How can I recover a Bluetooth pairing after a device reset?

I recently had to reset my Galaxy S4 (Sprint). I thought I backed up everything first, but the Bluetooth headset is no longer listed as a paired device (i.e. it's not listed at all). To make matters worse, I've misplaced my Plantronics headset, and the Find MyHeadset app can only search for a headset that's already paired with the phone.

Is there any way for me to restore the pairing information to my phone?

Having wiped your phone, this is not retrievable, sorry. I could do with a Find My Car Keys app
