How can I reflash my samsung s5?

I connect the phone to my computer with USB cable, however, it not show charge the phone file, but is say in ADB mode, I'm not clear what ADB is, but I can't reflash my phone in this mode, even tried factory reset for several times, what can I do??

Is the phone rooted? U may have to update the drivers cause my s6 edge did that and all o had to do was uninstall reinstall the drivers
