Hi , im using asus ZenFone 2 since last year and right after i bought this phone I've been hacked by a hacker who i know. He is in my android system .since then 20 time i did factory reset and updating apps but he disturbes me again he put funny things in my apps or manipulate them even he intentionally opens my apps or opens my dial pad and starts dialing to make me angry..so how can i reinstall android to throw out this bastered annoying hacker out please help me ,,its one year that he is disturbing me , not only me he hacked many other relatives and friends who were in touch with me...pls help

Are you sure it's a hacker and not a virus?
