It's only possible to remove the apps from the My Apps list if you're using the Google Play Store app (not the website). Go to My Apps, tap All, and tap the X in the corner of the app you want to remove.

In the Wishlist on the Google Play Store app, tap the 3 vertical dot menu button associated with the wishlisted app, and tap Remove from Wishlist.
