Android Central Question

When I open the Lock Screen I get a screen that has an Uber Ad and above the Ad there are 4 icons for Messages, Contacts, Camera & Clean RAM. There is also an icon on the upper right of the screen that opens up a second screen ad which simply says Don't Miss Important Messages on Lock Screen.
The bottom of both screens says "Slide to Unlock"

I've read and tried many other solutions that have been shared. I was hopeful about the sneaky Bixby stuff but so far nothing has eliminated the problem.

Welcome to Android Central! It's not Bixby. It's more likely adware related to some app you installed. Uninstall apps one by one until the problem goes away.

This happened to me this week, too.

Here are the best instructions-- from Samsung

Why are there ads on my lock screen and how can I get rid of them?

Worked perfectly. Delete the most recently used app that is found.
Some other background.

1. It is not really your lock screen. It is an overlay from adware that mimics a lock screen and goes over your home screen. Did you notice that when you swipe to the right it never asks for your pin? I just realized that. If you reboot your phone, your real lock screen will appear-- that will ask for a pin.

2. The app that you end up removing, may not be one you remember loading. I downloaded a clock app. That must have been the adware. But it loaded itself appearing to be a bar code scanner. Because after a reboot, when the fake lock screen starting showing up, a bar code scanner (which I never use) came up as most recently use. Removed that, and the adware fake lock screen overlay disappeared.

3. That Clean Ram icon is part of the adware. Because when you hit it, it brings up more ads.
