AC Question

Is there no way to reverse the lollipop update???? I would like my phone back to the original setting.

Welcome to Android Central! There is no simple way to downgrade back to a previous Android version. That's how it's always been. It's also the same for iPhones, so it shouldn't be a surprise.

What phone do you have, and what problems are you having?

Ever since I downloaded 5.0.2 I can only connect to wifi. My data connection won't work. I get the exclamation point indicating that the connection is not working.

I have a One Plus One phone and it worked great until this. I would appreciate any advice.

I hate Lollipop! Ever since I downloaded it, my phone has been running at half speed, freezes at least three times a day if not more, is always running out of storage (despite me cleaning out junk files and sending photos to Google Drive at LEAST once a day), won't connect via USB to my laptop (laptop keeps saying driver is missing), some apps freeze or refuse to load, and the keyboard has serious lag. If I wasn't as broke as hell, I'd buy a new phone.
My phone is a Moto G, Verizon prepaid. I bought it in August 2014 from the Verizon store, so I'm assuming it's a 1st gen phone.
