Android Central Question
I just want to remove that useless game or whatever it's called. If removal isn't an option, then how can I disable it!
Easter eggs are a longstanding tradition in programming, dating all the way back to the Atari 2600 game Adventure. They take up very little space or resources, so there's really no need to try to disable or remove them. If you don't like them, then there are phones that don't have the easter egg, but they tend to be no-name or off-brand phones direct from China that I wouldn't recommend to most people.
Even Guinness is wrong.Whoops, looks like that wasn't quite right -- according to Guinness Book, this was the first known easter egg! https://www.guinnessworldrecords.co...vered in March 2017,is awarded 10 extra lives.
Why the hostility for something that you have to purposely go out of your way to activate in the first place?Hello, Senior Ambassador B. Diddy, I'm the unknown individual who asked about the Q Easter Egg. Since it cannot be removed, can it be disabled? Why the need to force upon us an Easter Egg that was inserted because the programmer was bored to death?
