Did you install these apps yourself? Did they install as Device administrators? What apps? Have you tried uninstalling them in Safe mode?

The were pre-installed!

If they're preinstalled then they're part of the OS and you can't uninstall them (without rooting the tablet, probably). Just force stop and disable the apps if you don't use them.
