How can i resart my Huawei P8lite eventhough its power is not working?

but when it connected to my PC and i pressed on to the volume up and down button at the same it shows fastboot and rescue mode ...What can i do now?

Since you need the power button to select what you're at either in the bootloader (what you call fastboot - fastboot is a program) or recovery, you'll just have to get the power switch (which is what's not working - the button is just a piece of plastic) replaced.
