How can I reset my phone back to the English language?

I reset my Samsung Galaxy phone and now it only has Hebrew

I reset my Samsung Galaxy phone and now it only has the Hebrew. I don't speak or read Hebrew! How can I get it back to English?

Ok people, try this:

1. Swipe down the notification panel and tap the gear icon to open your System Settings.
2. If the phone has little icons for each System Settings category, then you're in luck -- look for the setting with an icon that's a letter "A," or possibly a globe (many phones use this for the Language & Input menu). Tap that.
3. Tap the first menu item at the top of the list -- this should be System Language.
4. Now look for English, or whatever language your heart desires (or rather, your brain understands).

If the System Settings menu doesn't have icons, then take advantage of a little thing called Google Translate to help you figure out what the menu says. You might need to borrow someone else's device to use Google Translate's camera function.

Now, if that doesn't work, please don't reply with a cryptic post that just says "help english." The devil may be in the details, but we sure as heck can't help you much if those details aren't there in the first place.
