how can I reset my setup wizard on my Samsung J3?

Someone stole my Samsung Galaxy j36v phone. I got it back but someone had synced it with Setup Wizard and I cannot get into my phone

Welcome to Android Central! What do you mean someone synced it with Setup Wizard? The Setup Wizard is what runs the first time you ever turn on the phone, or after a factory reset. Is it currently stuck in the Setup Wizard, and you can't get past it?
