How can I restore a text thread that I accidentally deleted on my Pixel 3a phone?

About four hours ago, I clicked on one message my daughter sent me and thought I was deleting just that message. Instead, I deleted the entire conversation. How can I restore all those texts?

Check in message app you didn't send to archive? 3 dots in upper right corner
