How can I restrict location access on my Note 4?

how can i restrict location access on my Note 4?

My phone is constantly telling me location set by gps ... i dont want my location being used by every app just the ones i choose. Like maps and weather but not candy crush or chrome is there a way to select or deselect which apps use location?

Welcome to Android Central! No, you can't get that granular with the location settings. Individual apps might have their own settings for location, but for those that don't, you can't turn it off individually.

In Chrome, you can make sure it asks you first when a site requests location. Open Chrome, tap Menu>Settings>Site Settings, and make sure Location is set to Ask First.
