Android Central Question

I had a samsung phone earlier then changed to Moto One. since i bought the phone online on an exchange offer i did not do the contacts switching over properly(screwed up!). So here is what i did-
1. copied my phone and memory card data to my computer.(just a backup, by doing Ctr C,Ctr V).
2. Took back up of phone on google as well as samsung. (it mentioned contacts too)
3. formatted old phone to factory setting and gave it and logged into google account from new phone(Moto One).
4. i got contacts that were saved on Google but not all contacts(i realized this later). Basically i lost contacts that were passed on from old phones by the manual procedure of "export contacts to SD card/SIM". i assumed back up will have everything.
5. also i didnt do an upload of data to google drive!

So Pls help me with any of these-
1. Is there a way to get my contacts from my computer( i dont know where to search in the folder, and how to transfer it to new phone).
2. Can i use samsung drive from phone or computer to access the contacts and do the transfer?
3. any solution to help me?!

Your backup from the Samsung most likely did not grab the contacts as they're stored in a secure storage area inaccessible when you connect to a computer, unless you used a Samsung tool to backup to the computer. However - if you used a Samsung tool to backup to the computer you would need another Samsung device to restore that backup and it might be otherwise unreadable.
