Welcome to Android Central! Android doesn't have a Recycle Bin like Windows does. If you delete something, it's gone. There are some programs that might recover some deleted files, but if those files were on Internal Storage, the phone has to be rooted first: http://forums.androidcentral.com/am...-s/500142-guide-recovering-deleted-files.html
One exception is if you deleted the photos using the Google Photos app. Open it, swipe in from the left, scroll down, and tap Trash. Are the deleted photos there?
