When I go on-call, I have to change my notification sound for texts to an obnoxiously loud alert at night so I wake up. I'd rather not have to change it for every text that comes in, and only set it for this one contact. When I get paged, it comes from an email address in the form of a text. I have no idea how it's set up at the company level to do that. We have a group in Active Directory, and when any of us go on-call we're the only one in that group. When someone sends an email to that specific address, then it comes to my / our phones as a text. I've created a contact for it, and I can see when I get paged that it is coming from "Pager". But since the only identifier I have for it is an email address - and it isn't coming in as an email - then it plays the default text notification sound.
