How can I set contact specific flash notifications?

When my wife calls or texts me, I want the flashlight to flash, the screen to light up and the LED to flash. And I want all of that to keep happening until I clear the notification. But I only want that to happen when my wife calls or texts. Not everybody else. Anyone know of any apps that will do that? I have a Galaxy S7.

I'm not sure how much of a customization you'd get, but you can try apps like LightFlow for customized notifications.
