I have several bookmark widgets on my different home screens. I'm referring to Internet bookmarks. Some are for business others for non business. When I click on the widget I get a pop-up screen asking me which browser I want to use. I have 3 browsers (Android, Dolphin and Google Chrome) I select the one I want for the Web page I'm going to. I also get the option to set it as default(always) or just one time. The problem is if I select a browser as default it uses it for every Web page not just that particular one. I, like many of you, use different browsers for different Web pages for various reasons. Is there a way to set a specific Web browser for certain Web pages. I'm running Android 5.0.1 and Nova Prime launcher. I've tried the Swipe action in Nova but it doesn't do what I want.

Which way are you setting those bookmarks? You could try creating the shortcut from each browser. For example, in Chrome open the page, tap on the three dots top right and select "add to home screen". That will create a shortcut that will open always with Chrome.

Thank you Javier. I was going to app/widget drawer and selecting bookmark widget and placing it on my home screen. It would then take me to my Chrome list of bookmarks. I'd select the web page I wanted and it would show that page on my home screen. When I selected that widget it would take me to my default home page in Chrome then I would have to go to my bookmarks and select the page I wanted. Something is not right with that. I tried your way in Chrome and Dolphin and it works perfect. Exactly what I wanted. Don't know why I didn't do that before.
The 60s were good to me and I guess it's finally catching up. LOL. Thanks again
