How can i set my default dialer on any of my samsung devices in 4.4?

First off, sorry if this has been answered.
Second, I have a note,a s, a tab pro, and they all have the same bug ..
No matter what dialer I download, I get the question, what dialer would you like to use, and then no matter what I select, and press always, it comes back up the new t time.

And answering a call is always just the default Samsung.

You can select which dialer to make calls with, you can't select which dialer receives calls. That's not a bug, it's the way Android works. (Many of us agree with you - it shouldn't work that way. But it does.)
