Welcome to Android Central! First, you may need to clear the app default for the stock Internet browser, if that's what's being used as the default now Go to the App Manager, select Internet, and Clear Defaults. Now the next time you tap a link or do anything that requires a browser, it should ask you if you want to use Chrome or the stock Internet browser. Select Chrome, and then tap Always.
