How can i sign in my Samsung account with the 2 step verification if i changed phone numbers

I can't get into my Samsung account because I set up 2way verification and I no longer have the number to get verification code sent and I have no idea what or where to find the back up codes it keeps telling me I have... I can't do hardly anything without my Samsung account...
