How can I silence the camera shutter sound on an S7

I want to silence the camera when I take pictures but not have to mute the phone every time so as not to miss any calls, at the moment every time I use the camera you can hear the shutter sound there is no option in the camera settings, I'm sure before I upgraded to nougat it was silent.

The reason the phone makes the fake sound is that some places it is illegal to take pictures of others without their knowledge.

Sometimes muting the phone works, sometimes putting the phone into vibrate mode works.
That said, if the developers did the code correctly, neither of those would work.

In my note 5 there's an option in the settings to turn off the shutter sound. Launch the camera and yap settings
