How can I solve USSD failure on Samsung?
When I attempt to use the USSD code, in very many instances, I hear invalid MMI code, or connection error.
I've tried out some techniques I learnt from google search, but they didn't work. Such techniques include typing a comma after the code has been typed, or using a colon sign, or the * sign. All these don't work for me. I also learnt about accessing the phone's test screen, by dialing *#*#4636#*#* without tapping the call button. I've done this, but the test screen does not open. Nothing gets activated.
Please what can I do about this problem.
I use The Samssung galaxy grand prime plus phone G532, running android Marshmallow 6.01.
Please kindly give me a comprehensive answer when answering this question.
