How can I stop my Galaxy S6 Edge from overheating?

I know it was the new lollipop update 5.1.1 causing my phone to overheat it was working perfectly before. Clean master told me the cpu temperature was 168°F that means it's running something in the background try cache wipe and restarted the phone but none worked also they were nothing running in the background from what the phone told me . It just need a new update

Welcome to Android Central! I'd suggest uninstalling Clean Master itself, since it can actually be the cause of lag and poor performance in some cases. These kinds of apps can be counterproductive, especially if you have them set up to automatically "boost RAM," because this means apps are being force closed. Android likes to keep RAM relatively full, so the system reopens apps again. This can lead to an endless cycle of close-open-close-open which requires CPU and battery, and can generate heat.
