How can I stop my LED Blinking?

Blinking LED

Hi,

So I turned off my phone about an hour ago as the device lags so badly

Then it powered down, as the LED flashes in rainbow, I thought it was still powering down

It went on for about 30 minutes and I powered it off (by pressing the power button)

Then, I went to TWRP and wiped the Cache and Dalvik Cache

After then I rebooted it to the system, and yet the LED still flashes

With mine, I have the LED option in the scrolling list at the top of my notifications screen. Meaning, drag down to access the notifications, and at the top, there should be some blue/black circles for things... WiFi, Sound, Location, etc. For me, LED is one of the options. If it isn't for you, scroll to the far right, click EDIT, then click the checkbox next to LED in the list. Once its on your scrolling tab, you can toggle it on & off.

Boy, I hope that makes more sense than I think it does... lol.
