Music Player crashing and freezing
I have recently been given a Galaxy S3 from my partners mother because she upgraded to S5 and when I put music on it and go to play it I get halfway through a song and it crashes, and completely locks my phone up so I have to take the battery out to restart the phone. I have completely wiped the phone and factory reset and still happens. even downloading a completely new music player app doesn't work. Has this happened to anyone before or do you know how to fix it? I'm a uni student and can't afford to pay to send the phone away
