How can I stop my Note 3 from continually rebooting?

My note 3 continually reboots never stops

I've tried leaving the battery out over night, then turning it on but it starts up as normal, just to immedatley flash the blue screen with "teamwin" in the center and continues to flash. I can't see any other screens, I cant do anything with the phone but turn off and on.

Can you boot to download mode. Home+vol down then power on
