How can I stop my Samsung S3 mini constantly buzzing?

Samsung S3 mini constantly buzzing

Hi,
I have had my Samsung for 20 months and its worked perfectly till now. It has not been dropped in water or damaged. Yesterday it just started constantly buzzing, it does stop when I turn it off but the problem is still there when I turn back on. I have tried pressing the on off button a few times in case it is stuck but it is still the same.
I don't want to buy another phone just now. Can any of you clever guys out there help, please. Thanks.

Welcome to Android Central! Is the buzz truly constant, or are they short buzzes occurring very frequently? Anything appearing in the notification bar?

I have the same problem. My Samsung mini buzzes intermittently (every few seconds). The buzz seems to be related to a failed sign in to an incorrect gmail account. I have now signed in correctly to the gmail but I can't seem to get rid of the incorrect address or get rid of the buzzing. Any suggestions?
