How can I stop some strange uncontrolled activity on my Note 3?

please help, samsung note 3 strange uncontrolled activity

Every now and then my note 3 home page apps either dissappear, become unreadable and when using any app even samsung basic msg function the samsung play store app automatically opens up a random app and asks to install?

Welcome to the forums. Did you install any new apps recently? I would consider a factory reset.
