How can I sync two Samsung Galaxy tablets?

wanting to sync two samsung galaxy tablets

Hi ,
My boss has just bought two samsung galaxy tablets to use as our diary for a crane company and to book the crane appoinments on.How do i get the two tablets to sync so they both have the same diary and information on them?
your help would be most appreciated.

Welcome to Android Central! Are you using a specific app for the diary? If not, my suggestion would be to set both tablets up with the same Google account. Then use Google Docs for the diary. Any updates to the diary that one person makes will get synced automatically to Google Drive (which both tablets can access). Since both tablets are set up with the same Google account, that means they will also both have the same information in the Contacts and Calendar apps. You can also install the same apps easily on both from Google Play Store.
