How can I tell my 24U to use my Bluetooth mic when recording videos including Pro Video and Duel Rec?

I have an S24 Ultra. I have a Bluetooth headset paired to it that works fine for calls but when I record video it's not using the Bluetooth headset. I want it to work in Duel Rec and Pro Video recording, too. I tried Sound and Vibrations > Separate app sound > and added the Camera app and set that to BT but that didn't make it use BT.

When you go to Bluetooth and see the headphones on the list do you have audio toggle on besides calls ?

Yes, both Calls and Audio are enabled.

The Bluetooth headset is a mono Poly/Plantronics Voyager 5200. In the Plantronics Hub app one can adjust settings of the device. I seem to have all things enabled that could be relevant, including Wireless > Streaming Audio.

You can try In the camera app permissions turn off microphone permission see if you are able to use Bluetooth mic

Tried it.

Turning off mic permission in the Camera app results in not being able to launch the Camera app at all until mic permission is re-enabled.

Have you looked into advanced video options of camera app? There is 360 sound capture that uses Bluetooth headphones. And probably obvious, but in Pro mode you have to actually select bt earphones as source.

I was testing a video recording with my Bluetooth earbuds and didn't have any issues playback or is it something different?

Thanks for reminding me of the mic or BT selection option in Pro Video. I had forgotten that's there.

But as far as I can tell there is no option for selecting BT with Dual Rec, which is a priority feature for me.

Any ideas?
