How can I tell what my M8 is syncing?

Its pretty annoying and sometimes it keeps syncing for a while and I don't know what its trying to sync.

If you go to Settings / accounts & sync, you should be able to see what's syncing, or if there's any problem. This morning, for instance, there was a message for me that sync was experiencing a problem. Appeared to be Twitter that wasn't syncing properly.

Yeah I just checked. Its saying my Gmail account is having issues syncing and that Sync is going to be back shortly.
