How can I transfer pictures from my computer onto my Android Cell Phone?

It is a lap top computer picts are in a file also in my E mail The little Android transferred one picture but none of the others. Of course this is a request for help. I've been working on this three days.

try either A bluetooth B log into the same Google acct that youre logged into on your phone on your laptop ,back up your photos to Google server, log into google on phone, get new photos app, download photos from Google server, C. download photos to SD card put SD card in phone and upload. when you are finished any photos you dont want on your phone you can delete ON DEVICE ONLY and if you have backed up to Google they will only be erased off of your phone. if it states that your pics will be deleted on all devices you are doing something wrong. hope my jibberish helps best of luck
