How can I turn off vibration in notifications on HTC One M8?

So I want to turn off vibrations when I receive a notification, from ALL apps. Sounds easy right? Just go to settings, sounds, bla bla.. Nope. I've tried everything. From what I can see, there is no way to shut off the vibration? Can someone please save the day for me?
