I purchase this phone 2 years before fromd Dubai and after purchasing this phone I bring it to India and now I am having too much problem regarding the fota upgrade I mean the software upgrade and because whenever I am trying to activate volte e service in my phone even I took my phone to the Samsung care but they said it is not possible because this phone I have purchased from dubai so they cannot help me out please give me some solution so that I can turn on Volte features on my Samsung Galaxy A5 2014 edition.
