How can I unbrick my Galaxy Tab 2 10.1?

I had root using apk master root. I was deleting apps with root app delete and I disabled fused location and Google drive and may have deleted Samsung link. I think those were the serious sounding ones probably Samsung link? So I restarted the tab and it restarts automatic after 4 seconds after fully completes boot. So I factory reset and same result when trying to load factory apps it just reboots at 4 seconds. Tried installing latest nightly cynogenmod and fails to load. Took a picture of that screen. Says unable to load whole file. So, please any help to unbrick?

Assuming rooting was successful, those apps you list, should not lead to boot looping. Hold the power button in for at least 2 minutes. It may clear the issue. If not boot into recovery (you do not say which recovery system you installed) clear the cache and dalvik cache THEN choose reboot. It can take quite a while for the tablet to read it's ROM so be patient while boot logo is displayed.
