How can I undo "never ask again" dialogue?

I just got a Galaxy S7 and I was setting a lock screen photo and realised I could set more than one photo but to do so I had to agree to allow access to "My Interests" with a folder icon next to it and I want to do that but it's already been selected 'deny' and 'never ask again'. How can I undo this so I can allow access? Also I'm not entirely sure what "My Interests" is or how I can access settings to that.

As a general rule, you go to Settings -> Apps -> [the app in question] -> Clear defaults.
