How can I uninstall an app that was installed by ads?

I cannot uninstall the "Yellow Booster" that was installed last time an ad showed up. I tried to disable it but it keeps on turning back. I think it was a malware since I haven't checked out my Unknown Sources. Please help.

Welcome to the forums. What device do you have? You could try this. Uncheck the 'unknown sources' in your security settings, boot your phone into safe mode and then try to uninstall the app again. Also, make sure it's not checked under settings - security - device administrators. Tell us how it goes.
