How can I unmute / turn on app notifications?

I seem to have muted / turned off all app notifications on my phone. I'm not getting the normal notifications for emails, texts or meeting reminders in any of the three email and text apps I use. The settings say notifications are turned on for all of the apps. It seems to be a general setting that I can't find. I have a Galaxy S7. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I would go in settings see if you turned notifications off by accident.
