How can I update my s6 edge at&t g925aucu3boi2 from android 5.0 to 6.0

[Android Central Question]

My device is running Android 5.1.1 and I want to update it to 6.0. I know that my device can be updated to that but I haven't received any notification from my device to update

Welcome to Android Central! Are you using it on AT&T? Carrier-specific phones typically have to be on that carrier's network in order to receive the official update.
