How can I upgrade my Toshiba Thrive from Honeycomb to Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0.4?

I want to upgrade my Toshiba Thrive from honeycomb to Icecream sandwich 4.0.4

I had to do a factory reset and now my Thrive is back to its very old Honeycomb OS. My Thrive is very serviceable.

Have you tried going in to settings, about device, and tapping on software update?
