How can I use 2 external monitors with my S8 Ultra?

I have a Galaxy S8 Ultra, (2) Dell UltraSharp 27" 4K Monitors, and a Dell Dock Fischer UD22. I can get the 1st external monitor to work (extended display, not mirrored), but the only way I can get my 2nd external monitor to work is if I mirror the display. is there a way to extend the display on both monitors? Meaning I want to have google sheets open on one display, internet browser open on the other display, and messaging open on my tablet. Thank you in advance for any guidance and suggestions!
